Disney Plus lifts the veil on the sequel to Born Again, which promises to be rock n’ roll!

They will join forces to finally succeed in bringing down the monstrous Wilson Fisk!

Almost ten years after Netflix’s Defenders, Jessica Jones will team up with Daredevil again, this time on Disney +, as widely revealed in the long trailer for season 2 of Bord Again (see below), which promises a dark and rock n’roll sequel for the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, after the proclamation of martial law by Mayor Fisk and the start of the battle for the soul of New York.

To the exhilarating sound of Childish Gambino’s electric track “Lithonia”, the trailer first shows Matt finding Karen Page’s arms. The two seem to be cooing like never before. But the war against Fisk will bring them back to Earth. The video thus shows several particularly nervous action sequences, the sensational entry of Jessica Jones into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the Kingpin in a boxing match of rare brutality. And despite his death in season 1, Foggy Nelson also appears briefly…

The official synopsis details: “In this season 2, Mayor Wilson Fisk imposes his law on New York and hunts down public enemy number one: the vigilante of Hell’s Kitchen, Daredevil. In the shadows, Matt Murdock tries to resist, determined to bring down the corrupt empire of the Kingpin and save his city. Resist. Rebel. Rebuild.”

Created by Dario Scardapane, Chris Ord and Matt Corman, the series stars Charlie Cox as masked vigilante Daredevil/Matt Murdock, opposite Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk. Also reprising their roles are Deborah Ann Woll (Karen Page), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Ayelet Zurer (Vanessa Fisk), Wilson Bethel (Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye), and Margarita Levieva (Heather Glenn). This season also marks the arrival of Matthew Lillard, who plays the mysterious Mr. Charles.

This season 2 of Daredevil: Born Again will be broadcast on Disney+ from March 25. This new season will have eight episodes.
