Vincent Lindon reunites with Stéphane Brizé: trailer for A Good Little Soldier

Three years after Off-season, Stéphane Brizé returns to the Venice Film Festival with his sixth film directed by Vincent Lindon, and plunges back into the world of business…

Stéphane Brizé and Vincent Lindon meet again.

Five years later Another world in 2021, the director and his favorite actor will film together for the sixth time. The film is called A good little soldierand is presented in official competition at the 2026 Venice Film Festival this week.

The filmmaker thus makes his return to the Lido three years later Off-seasonhis previous film presented in Venice, which brought together Guillaume Canet and Alba Rohrwacher. The latter is also in the casting ofA good little soldier and judging by the trailer that was just released (see below), they will both be face to face. Two visions of the world of work.

With this new feature film, Brizé dives back into the world of business, which he had already explored with Lindon in The law of the market Then At War Or Another world. But this time, the director is more particularly interested in human resources and power relations within a large company.

“Newly hired in the Human Resources department of a large insurance company, Carla Moretti must work to reconcile the well-being of employees with the company’s performance objectives. Until she discovered a case of toxic management in one of the departments for which she is responsible.
