Daredevil Born Again: set photos tease the full return of the Defenders

Season 3 is currently in production in New York.

The MCU is slowly putting the Defenders back together.

New Daredevil: Born Again Season 3 set photos have just surfaced online, and they reveal several huge returns from the Marvel/Netflix era, including Luke Cage, Iron Fist… and a complete new look for Bullseye.

The new season quickly returned to filming after season 2 aired on Disney+ earlier this year.

The new images notably show Mike Colter back in the role of Luke Cage alongside Finn Jones, who also reprises his character of Danny Rand aka Iron Fist. The two heroes are seen walking in a park with Danielle, the daughter of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones in this new MCU continuity.

The photos also reveal the return of Wilson Bethel as Bullseye, this time with a full look at his costume. Its new helmet notably includes an integrated camera, a detail directly visible in the photos from the shoot.

In the cast of Daredevil: Born Again, we obviously find Charlie Cox in the role of Matt Murdock, but also Vincent D’Onofrio as Kingpin, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page and Margarita Levieva.

Season 2 had already marked the surprise return of Krysten Ritter in the role of Jessica Jones. In the end, Luke Cage returned to make an appearance. So he will stay and Iron Fist will join them. Marvel is clearly preparing a much larger reunion of the Netflix heroes.

Season 3 of Daredevil: Born Again is expected on Disney+ in 2027, although no official date has yet been announced.
