Maximum Pleasure Guaranteed: Tatiana Maslany is already talking about a season 2

Season 1 ended on Apple TV with a finale that clearly paves the way for a sequel.

The first season of Maximum Guaranteed Pleasure ended last week on Apple TV (and in France on MyCanal).

And if the platform has not yet formalized a season 2, everything seems to indicate that the story is far from over.

It must be said that Maximum Guaranteed Pleasure was never presented as a mini-series. Above all, its finale, rich in revelations, deliberately leaves many questions unanswered and clearly opens the door to a sequel.

Questioned by Première, Tatiana Maslany also admits that she still does not know what the creators have in store for her character:

“I don’t know at all what’s planned for the future. At the moment, I’m a bit like Paula! I’m discovering little by little what’s going to happen… (laughs). But I know that David J. Rosen (the creator) is thinking about the question and I’m convinced that there are still plenty of stories to tell around Paula.”

In other words, the ball is now in Apple’s court. If the platform gives the green light, the series could extend the destiny of its heroine by exploring the many gray areas left by the last episode.

Because the final revelation completely changes the perspective. When we discover what really happened that night in Portland, we understand that Paula’s story is far from over:

“When we find out what really happened that night in Portland, we realize that there is still a lot to tell. Paula is in shock over what happened, but she now carries a secret that she is desperately trying to keep buried…”

To date, Apple TV has therefore not yet officially renewed Maximum Guaranteed Pleasure. No release date yet.
