The actor of Taken will be back soon with The Fixa muscular action thriller (formerly called Hotel Tehran) whose first trailer has just been revealed.
Directed by Guy Moshe, who also wrote the screenplay with Mark Bacci, the film is based on an original idea by Bazzel Baz, a former member of CIA special operations. The video presents the broad outlines of this spy story. Zachary Levi plays Tucker, the head of a CIA unit supervised by Larry, a veteran agent played by Liam Neeson. After a mission that turns tragic in Afghanistan, the team is sent to Tehran to try to redeem themselves through a particularly perilous operation: stealing 24 million dollars from the Mullah regime, in a hotel in the Iranian capital…
The trailer places as much emphasis on the action sequences as on the post-traumatic syndromes of American soldiers, seeking revenge.
Around Liam Neeson and Zachary Levi, the cast notably brings together Quincy Isaiah, Elnaaz Norouzi, Titus Welliver, Annet Mahendru, Grant Harvey and Augusto Aguilera.
The Fix will be released in American theaters on September 11, 2026. No French release date has yet been announced.
