Dexter resumes normal activity in the trailer for season 2 of Resurrection

Dexter Morgan finds himself caught between two killers and facing an existential crisis in this new chapter of the new series.

Dexter Morgan is not done with his old demons.

Michael C. Hall puts on the gloves and apron of the blood splatter specialist turned murderous vigilante in the Dexter Resurrection season 2 trailer.

A return to business as usual for the serial killer based in New York: the “nice” killer finds himself stuck between two adversaries: an experienced killer, who has decades of crimes behind him, and a young newcomer who terrorizes New York in a way never seen before. And if that wasn’t enough, Dexter must also face a much more unexpected foe: his own midlife crisis.

For his part, his son Harrison (Jack Alcott) continues his own quest for justice. Father and son will thus have to face “their darkest chapter”.

In the cast of this second season, we will find Uma Thurman, Jack Alcott, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington and James Remar. Krysten Ritter will also return as a guest star.

New faces join the series, including Brian Cox, the patriarch of Succession, unrecognizable in the video, as well as Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson and Gabriel Luna.

Season 2 of Dexter Resurrection premieres October 30 in the United States on Paramount+. In France, the series will be broadcast on Canal+, but the channel has not yet announced a broadcast date.
