Alan Ritchson is now one of the new action movie stars in Hollywood.

Revealed in Reacher on Prime Video since 2022, the actor, recently seen in War Machineis starring in his next film Motor Cityalongside Shailene Woodley, whose trailer has just been revealed.

The synopsis of Motor City tell : “In 1970s Detroit, John Miller falls in love with the girlfriend of a local gangster. In retaliation, the latter stages a coup to imprison the innocent man. His life shattered, Miller prepares his revenge against the man who stole his partner.”

The trailer picks up after the initial teaser and shows John Miller in prison after being framed. Once freed, he begins a quest for revenge. The film mixes hand-to-hand combat, shootouts and explosive chases.

Directed by Potsy Ponciroli, Motor City will be released on July 24 in the United States. No French date has yet been announced.
