“Dear Millie, I just saw your message and I wanted to answer and provide a little context. Almost 25 years ago, I co-written and I participated in a sketch program entitled Little Britain. There was a character called Vicky Pollard, who had blond hair and always wore a rose top, and in the photo, you had blond hair and a rose top, so I highlighted the similarity by publishing one of his slogans. I found you superb and I was mortified when the press wrote that I criticized you, first because it is not my style, and secondly because I think you are brilliant. I would not have posted it if I had thought it could have thwarted you, but I realize that it is, and I apologize ”.

I will not be ashamed of my appearance, the way I dress or the way I present myself. ”
