This season 16 will arrive very soon on Disney Plus.

A few days after the traditional “Christmas Special 2024”, Disney plus unveils the official trailer for the new season of Doctor Who ! This season 16, still led by Ncuti Gatwa at the casting, does not yet have an official date, but the platform promises that the TARDIS traveler will be “soon back in 2025”.

“In this new season, the Doctor meets Belinda Chandra and begins an epic quest to bring her back to Earth. But a mysterious force prevents them from returning and the time-traveling TARDIS team must face great dangers , to greater enemies and greater terrors than ever before.” details the synopsis.

The showrunner Russell T. Davies is still in charge.
