The Bear will be entitled to a season 4 on Disney +
Seasons 3 and 4 of the culinary series should be filmed one after the other.
Hot in front! Last month, we learned that all episodes of season 3 of the FX hit would be broadcast from next June (and immediately in France on Disney+). Good news for fans of the culinary comedy-drama who were impatiently awaiting this third part.
Better: yesterday, The Hollywood Reporter assured that sources close to the project confirmed that after winning six Emmys, three Golden Globes and three SAG Awards this awards season, the series has quietly been renewed for a fourth season. This information has not yet been confirmed by the network, but here is what is specified by the often well-informed magazine.
Season 2 of The Bear on Disney+ is a wonderful flavor enhancer (review)
The filming of seasons 3 and 4 would actually take place one after the other. The reason ? The fame of the series is such that the schedules of the main actors could be a hindrance to the annual release schedule of the series. So it's better to film everything while they're available, then release the seasons in dribs and drabs.
That's the problem when actors start the year by emerging from award ceremonies! We know, for example, thatEbon Moss-Bachrach will play the role of Ben Grimm, aka the Thing in the highly anticipated Fantastic Four planned for 2025 in cinemas. As for the other two headliners, we are sure that after Iron Claw (Jeremy Allen-White) Or Bottoms (Ayo Edebiri), will still have a full agenda for 2024-2025.
Remember that the series tells the adventures of Carmen, an aspiring chef forced to take over her brother's sandwich shop after the latter's suicide. Surrounded by colorful acolytes, including Richie, her thug cousin, and Sydney, a young assistant chef eager to learn, Carmen will try to make a place for herself in the culinary landscape of Chicago.
While waiting for the third and fourth parts, the first two seasons of The Bear are to be (re)discovered on Disney+.
Another departure for Marvel's Thunderbolts, Ayo Edebiri leaves
