The new Batsuit from The Batman II leaked on set

As filming on The Batman: Part II continues in London and Glasgow, new images reveal for the first time the slightly redesigned Batman costume that Robert Pattinson will wear in the sequel.

Robert Pattinson’s Batsuit evolves… slightly. Photos taken on the set of The Batman: Part IIwhere the costume is worn by a double, allow us to discover the small changes made by Matt Reeves.

No revolution in sight: the general silhouette remains very close to that of the costume seen in The Batman in 2022. The changes mainly focus on the armor plates, particularly on the abdomen and torso, with some slightly different panel details. The famous armored pass is also preserved.

Filming for the sequel began on June 12, 2026 and continues at Warner Bros. studios. of Leavesden, as well as in London, Liverpool and Glasgow. The production, filmed under the code name Semper Vigilansplans in particular eleven weeks of night filming.

Robert Pattinson will reunite with Jeffrey Wright, Andy Serkis and Colin Farrell, while Sebastian Stan joins the franchise in the role of Harvey Dent, opposite Scarlett Johansson, who will play Gilda Dent. Charles Dance completes the cast as Charles Dent.

The story will take place during the winter, a few weeks after the events of the series The Penguin. The Batman: Part II is expected on February 16, 2028 in France.
