Vincent Macaigne is in a relationship with a (living) doll: trailer

The Doll is a romantic comedy where Macaigne plays a love castaway whose sex doll suddenly comes to life.

Passed last January by the competition of the Alpe d’Huez Comedy Film Festival, The Doll finally reveals its trailer. A story on the borders of reality: Rémi (Vincent Macaigne) has never recovered from his last separation. Since then, he has been in a relationship with a doll, it’s easier. Her name is Audrey (Zoé Marchal) and he makes his colleagues believe that she is a real woman. The day Patricia (Cécile de France), a new colleague, arrives at Rémi’s company, Audrey will mysteriously come to life.

A romantic comedy by Sophie Beaulieu (her first feature film) which already has this very catchy pitch and a solid trio of actors. We let you discover the trailer which promises a Macaigne show like we have rarely seen. The Doll will be released on April 22 in French theaters:
