Without Identity is rather above average (critical)

Liam Neeson is back in action this evening on TF1.

The first channel focuses on Without identitywhich brings together a shock cast: Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger, Aidan Quinn, January Jones or Bruno Ganz, and which is carried out by Jaume Collet-Serra (Esther). The pitch? A scientist loses his memory after a car accident. When he woke up, another man took his identity…

Released in 2011 at the cinema, this thriller is in the vein of Taken of Pierre Morel see Liam Neeson take action following an injustice: for some time now, the actor has been multiplying muscular roles of this type, recognizing himself the resemblance between all his projects. Without identity however, stands out a little from the crowd thanks to an effective staging and its breathtaking rhythm, as highlighted First at its output.

Liam Neeson: “As soon as there is a telephone scene in a film, it doesn’t miss, they call me”

Here is our review: Without identityé is rather above average: freed from ideologically dubious overtones, the film leans towards a Hitchcockian-style thriller. Death in pursuit. The implausibilities reach stratospheric degrees, but they are told with enough cunning that it is impossible to guess what will come next and enough energy to carry you until the end.
