I was disappointed that the film was as much affected by all this and that it did not behave well at the box office. But that’s how it is, sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. “

A few hours later, on Instagram, Gal Gadot made it clear, ensuring that the film had not failed only because of external pressures: “Of course, the film has not failed only because of these external pressures. There are many factors that determine why a film succeeds or fails, and success is never guaranteed.”

The actress still insists that criticisms have sometimes perceived it above all as Israeli citizen, rather than as an actress, an angle that she sought to explain in the interview:
