Avengers Doomsday: Marvel reveals the backstory of its Doctor Doom at Comic-Con

In 100 days, Doom arrives and the Avengers are already worried

The countdown continues to go down: only 100 days left before the release of the huge blockbuster. A new teaser promises an apocalyptic battle.

The countdown is ticking slowly but surely.

In 100 days, the Avengers will have to face their greatest threat. Marvel Studios has just revealed on the networks a new teaser ofAvengers: Doomsdayexpected in cinemas on December 16 in France.

No new images revealed here. Marvel recycles several shots already seen in previous promotional videos, but accompanies them with new music and a montage intended to increase the pressure. And it is Thor who largely dominates this new teaser. The voice of Chris Hemsworth once again serves as a common thread in the film’s promotional campaign, suggesting that the God of Thunder will have a particularly important role in this new crossover.

After the events that deeply shook the character, Thor now seems to be preparing for a battle of a completely different magnitude. His journey from bruised father to warrior ready to confront an existential threat could be one of the emotional threads of the film.

Around him, Marvel aligns a good part of its new and old figures: Chris Evans notably takes over the role of Steve Rogers, while Robert Downey Jr. appears in the guise of Doctor Doom. Charles Xavier, Sue Storm, Shuri and many other characters are also seen in this new montage.

But 100 days before the release, Marvel is still carefully holding its cards in hand. Avengers: Doomsday will be released on December 16, 2026 in cinemas in France.
