Suzanne and Mortimer are not done with their injuries.
Canal+ announces the start of filming for season 2 of Empathy, its Original Creation co-produced with Bell Media, which caused a sensation last year.
Florence Longpré, creator and screenwriter of the series, and Thomas Ngijol will reprise their roles in this new burst of ten 52-minute episodes, produced by Trio Orange.
“Suzanne is still determined to support Mortimer who is struggling to free himself from the guilt caused by his mother Adélaïde’s accident” explains Canal +.
The production is entrusted to Guillaume Lonergan. Filming is currently taking place in Montreal.
Season 2 of Empathy will be broadcast exclusively on Canal+ in France and on Crave in Canada in the second half of 2027.
