Harry Potter: JK Rowling validates the first trailer for the HBO series

The author of the novels is also creatively involved in the new television version.

While the first trailer for the future Harry Potter series produced by HBO has just been revealed, JK Rowling quickly reacted to X. A short reaction, but which should reassure a lot of fans:

“It’s going to be amazing. I’m so happy with the result!”

The looks of the different characters, students or teachers at Hogwarts, therefore seem to suit him perfectly. A message which has already exceeded 1.6 million views. And strong support for this new long-term adaptation, designed to spread over several years. Especially since on the public side, the first reactions have been more shared on social networks since this highly anticipated trailer was put online.

It must be said that she is directly involved in the project: JK Rowling serves as executive producer of the series and works closely with the creative team during its development. The project is supervised by showrunner Francesca Gardiner, while Mark Mylod directs several episodes.

The official HBO Max synopsis describes: “There’s nothing special about Harry Potter, or at least that’s what his Aunt Petunia keeps telling him.
