Kristen Bell joins the Sonic saga at the cinema

Kristen Bell officially joins the franchise and will lend her voice to Amy Rose, the pink hedgehog who is crazy in love with the blue car.
The announcement was made by Ben Schwartz, voice of Sonic from the first film, via Instagram:
Kristen Bell is far from a dubbing novice! She plays Anna in the saga The Snow Queen and overtook a sloth in Zootopia 2. Without forgetting that she was the iconic narrator of Gossip Girl in voiceover. The actress revealed in Veronica Mars currently starring in the Netflix series Nobody Wants This.
The scenario of Sonic 4 remains secret, but we already know that Metal Sonic, seen in the post-credits scene of Sonic 3will be the main antagonist. His voice actor has not yet been announced.
The previous installments already had a solid voice cast: Idris Elba (Knuckles), Colleen O’Shaughnessey (Tails) and Keanu Reeves (Shadow), while Jim Carrey plays Dr. Robotnik opposite James Marsden and Tika Sumpter on the human side.
Still directed by Jeff Fowler, the fourth opus will be released in theaters in March 2027. The first three films have already exceeded a billion dollars in global revenue.
