Oasis reunion film releases trailer
“I can’t see myself going back on stage with Liam. I really don’t!”
The Gallagher brothers finally found each other. And their reunion has become one of the biggest musical events of the year 2025.
A first preview of the event documentary dedicated to the legendary British group Oasis has just been revealed. Just a year ago, the band kicked off their Oasis Live ’25 tour in Cardiff, Wales, marking their first live performance in sixteen years.
Written and produced by Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blindersand directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace, Don’t Look Back In Anger chronicles the reunion of Liam and Noel Gallagher, as well as the triumphant sold-out tour that followed. The documentary promises an intimate look at what is billed as the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the emotions of both the band and its fans around the world.
Steven Knight explains: “The Oasis world tour not only brought together audiences of all ages, but also from completely different cultures and countries, offering a fractured world a true message of reconciliation. Don’t Look Back In Anger is not just your ticket to the concert: it’s also backstage access and a front-row seat as, for the first time in years, Liam and Noel sit down together to talk about their story as it really happened.”
Beyond rehearsals, backstage and concert images, Don’t Look Back In Anger will mainly feature the first joint interviews with Liam and Noel Gallagher in over 20 years. The documentary will also look back on the cultural and emotional impact of Oasis’ return, while showing the place that the group’s music still holds today among several generations of fans.
Don’t Look Back In Anger will be released in France in IMAX and in cinemas for a limited time in September 2026.
