Ted Lasso Returns with a Women’s Team in Season 4 Trailer

Jason Sudeikis and the Lady Greyhounds will take the field this summer.

The World Cup is over, but football continues this summer on Apple TV, with the Richmond women’s team and their new coach: Ted Lasso!

For his fourth season, Ted Lasso changes terrain and takes control of a second division women’s team. The Lady Greyhounds take the field in this very feel good trailer, which brings us back into the spirit of the comedy carried by Jason Sudeikis.

“In Season 4, Ted returns to Richmond to take on the biggest challenge of his career: coaching a second division women’s soccer team. Throughout the season, Ted and the team learn to act before thinking, taking risks they never thought they would ever take,” announces the official synopsis.

Jason Sudeikis, also a producer of the series, obviously reprises his role alongside Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Brendan Hunt and Jeremy Swift. The cast also welcomes some new faces, including Sex Education’s Tanya Reynolds as Ted’s new assistant.

The first episode of season 4 of Ted Lasso will be available Wednesday, August 5 on Apple TV, with a new episode every week until October 7.
