Four years after having made Owen Wilson fall in love with Marry MeJennifer Lopez returns to romantic comedy.
This time, it will be for Netflix in a film by Ol Parker, director of Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again. An office romance called… Office Romance.
For the title, they did not strain themselves. And for the story? We are told about a “secret love at the office, two workaholics incarnate who listen to their hearts… and the troubles begin.”
Concretely, the trailer shows J-Lo as an ambitious business boss dedicated to the airline that she runs with an iron fist. Feared, but brilliant, she will fall for the new British lawyer, played by Brett Goldstein.
The sulky and temperamental football player from Ted Lasso changes register and turns into a handsome service guy, accompanied in the casting by Betty Gilpin, Bradley Whitford and Jodie Whittaker.
Office Romance will be released on June 5 on Netflix.
