Silo, season 3: the trailer that lost its memory
But what happened to Juliette Nichols at the end of season 2? Answer in this new 3-minute video, posted online by Apple.
“We don’t know why we’re here. We don’t know when it’s safe to come out. We just know that day isn’t today.”
After a first trailer which took us back to the past, before the creation of the Silos, the new trailer for season 3 of Silo puts the spotlight back on Juliette Nichols. And obviously, she has lost her memory since she returned home, after her little escapade in season 2. But who benefits if she doesn’t remember anything?
Furthermore, we will finally understand why and how these silos were built, by following the narration of Hugh Howey’s literary trilogy.
“Season 3 continues the dystopia surrounding a society of 10,000 inhabitants living underground, in strange circumstances, while revealing the genesis of this centuries-old story. In the present, Juliette Nichols (Rebecca Ferguson) survives the cleanup but suffers from memory loss. Barely recovered from the rebellion, the silo must face a new threat. Meanwhile, “Before Times” journalist Helen Drew (Jessica Henwick) and Congressman Daniel Keene (Ashley Zukerman) uncover a plot that leads them into a spiral with devastating and irreversible consequences,” details the official synopsis.
Rebecca Ferguson will return alongside Common, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Rick Gomez, Billy Postlethwaite, and Clare Perkins. Ashley Zukerman and Jessica Henwick join this third season, alongside Laura Innes, as well as Colin Hanks, in a recurring role. Steve Zahn is also back.
The third season of the series created by Graham Yost, also showrunner. It will consist of 10 episodes.
The first episode of season 3 of Silo will be available on July 3, followed by a new episode every Friday until September 4, 2026.
A fourth and final season has already been announced.
