Scooby-Doo: Netflix reveals the complete cast of its new live-action series

Find out who will play Daphne, Vera, Fred and Sammy in live action.

A new live-action Scooby-Doo series is in development for Netflix.

Last month, we learned that Mckenna Grace would play Daphne Blake

Midnight Radio, Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television have revealed the rest of the cast and we know who will play the characters inspired by the characters created by Hanna-Barbera:

Tanner Hagen (seen in The Pitt) will play Sammy (Shaggy in vo), while Abby Ryder Fortson (who played the young version of Cassie Lang in Ant-Man) will be Vera (aka Velma in vo) and Maxwell Jenkins (crossed in Lost in Space) will play Fred.

The series is overseen by showrunners Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg

It will explore the beginnings of the famous Scooby Gang team: old friends, Sammy and Daphne meet up for one last summer together at summer camp. “And the two find themselves embroiled in a disturbing mystery surrounding a lost puppy who may have witnessed a supernatural murder. A Great Dane, of course. With the help of the pragmatic and scientific Vera and the strange but irresistibly attractive newcomer Freddy, they embark on an investigation that plunges them all into a terrifying nightmare that threatens to reveal all their secrets” explains the synopsis.

No release date for the live-action Scooby-Doo series on Netflix has yet been announced.
