After the detective trilogy, A private matter (2002), This woman (2003) and The Key (2007), Guillaume Nicloux returns with a thriller set against a backdrop of techno and religious fanaticism. Romy, a DJ, arrives in the Canary Islands with her girlfriend to mix, but during a party the latter disappears… As she sets out to look for her, Romy discovers behind the scenes of the island… Vincent, the club’s boss, decides to accompany her in her investigation.

Mi Love is selected in official competition at the international crime film festival, Reims Polar.

On the casting side, we will find Pom Klementieff (Mission: Impossible The Final Reckoning) in the role of the DJ, Benoît Magimel (César for best actor for Peacetion) who will play the club manager, and Freya Mavor (The Emperor of Paris) will play the missing friend.
