Nolan’s Odyssey will last almost 3 hours!
We know the exact duration of the British director’s Homeric epic.
It’s a little shorter thanOppenheimer…but not by much.
In 2023, Christopher Nolan’s biopic dedicated to the father of the atomic bomb lasted exactly 180 minutes, or exactly 3 hours. And it will be more or less the same for his adaptation of Homer.
The Odyssey will last 2h52, or 172 minutes.
This is indicated by a new official sheet published on the official website of AMC Theaters (the American theater network).
This places The Odyssey as the second longest film of Nolan’s career, just ahead Interstellar (2h49), The Dark Knight Rises (2h44) and The Dark Knight (2h32).
