Outer Banks: Final Season Trailer Screams Vengeance

After more than a year and a half of waiting, the Pogues are back. Netflix has just revealed a first trailer and the farewell date.

The end time is approaching for John B, Sarah, Kiara, Pope, Cleo and the others.

Netflix has revealed the first images of season 5 of Outer Banks (see below), accompanied by a release date: the last 10 episodes will be posted online from August 20.

Announced in November 2024, this fifth season will mark the definitive conclusion of the phenomenon series. At the time, creators Jonas Pate, Josh Pate and Shannon Burke promised fans an ending true to their original vision: “We hope to bring our beloved Pogues home the way we imagined and planned years ago. Season 5 will be our last and we think it will be our best. We hope you’ll join us one last time.”

This final burst of episodes will resume after the dramatic events of the previous season and the death of JJ in Morocco.

“After JJ’s tragic disappearance in Morocco, the Pogues are on the brink. Far from home, inconsolable, they have lost the Blue Crown and must face a series of familiar threats.
