Fallout: a new post-apocalyptic trailer that wows

Jonathan Nolan (Westworld) is adapting the famous video game for Prime Video.

fallout promises to be one of the big events of spring for the small screen. Adapted from the famous video game franchise, the series immerses us in a post-apocalyptic world through the eyes of Lucy (Ella Purnell, seen in Yellowjackets). This young woman grew up in the Vault and will discover hell on Earth, two hundred years after the nuclear war that rocked civilization.

After an epic first trailer unveiled last December, Prime Video released a new long trailer that is just as impressive, marked by stunning visuals and the dark humor found in video games. We also learn that the eight episodes of the series will be available from April 11, one day earlier than the initial date. The first three were made by Jonathan Nolan who produces the show with his partner and co-creator of WestworldLisa Joy.

fallout brings together a large cast, including Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Sarita Choudhury (Homeland), Michael Emerson (Person of Interest), Leslie Uggams (Dead Pool) or Frances Turner (The Boys).
