Filming for Alien: Earth season 2 has finally begun

A few months after the success of the first season, the series is officially back in production and is strengthening its cast.

A little less than a year after season 1 aired, filming for season 2 of Alien: Earth has officially begun in London.

Disney announces it with this photo and these new names in the casting: Tracey Ullman, legend of American TV, will join the cast, as will two Game of Thrones alums, Sam Spruell and Jerome Flynn, who will reunite with Peter Dinklage, previously announced.

Sydney Chandler will return as headliner with the rest of the cast from the first season, including Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Essie Davis, Babou Ceesay and Adarsh Gourav.

No broadcast date has yet been communicated, but this second season will, like the first, be offered in France on Disney+.
