It will not last six seasons as its creator hoped. Vikings: Valhallathe series derived from Vikingsdid not enjoy the same success as the original and will end soon, at the end of season 3, which will be broadcast in January 2024 on the streamer, reports IGN.
“I am very grateful to have had three seasons to tell the stories of Leif, Harald and Freydis,” admits creator Jeb Stuart. “I knew from the beginning that I wanted to show the evolution of how three of the Vikings the most famous became the icons we know today and that’s exactly what we did. “I hope audiences see the new season and are excited about all the new heights we’ve taken these heroes to.”
