Anatomy of a Fall and The World After Us are in Barack Obama’s top cinema 2023
Justine Triet’s Palme d’Or is among the top of the former president, who took the opportunity to promote Le Monde après nous with Julia Roberts, which he produced.
Every end of the year, it’s routine for Barack Obama. The former 44th President of the United States of America is doing like you, loyal film fans and readers of Première: he is making his top cinema of the year. And he published it on “Which has led to significant changes that will improve the industry. Here are some films that reflect their work from the past year, with Rustin, American Symphony And The World After Usa film that we were proud to release with @HGMedia”.
Indeed, Barack and Michelle Obama produced The World After Us, the closed-door disaster with Julia Roberts released on Netflix, with their production company Higher Ground Media. Reason enough for Barack to include it in his top 3, with Rustin (the biopic of the civil rights activist with the amazing Colman Domingo, also released on Netflix) And American Symphony (a documentary about musician Jon Batiste, also available on Netflix). Only Netflix at Barack’s house?
Earlier this year, writers and actors went on strike to advocate for better working conditions and protections. It led to important changes that will transform the industry for the better.
