While the saga is about to come back, we learn that Anna Faris will be the star of Scary Movie 6like previous 5 opus, alongside Regina Hall.

The two actresses will find their cult roles of Cindy and Brenda in the next part of the parodic franchise. The news was confirmed by Marlon Wayans on Instagram, a photo in support of the heroines of the first film.

“We can’t wait to bring Brenda and Cindy back to life and find our great friends Keenen, Shawn and Marlon – three men for whom we would literally die … and in the case of Brenda, again,” said Faris and Hall in a statement.

This suite signed by the Wayans brothers will arrive in theaters on June 12, 2026.

Eighteen years after their latest collaboration on the franchise, Keenen, Shawn and Marlon team up again to write an original script and produce this return in force of the horrific parody, alongside Rick Alvarez.
