What was your first intuition about Wolverine?
I’ve worked a lot on characters who have evolved through trauma and violence. And in the case of Wolverine, known for his uncontrollable anger, it seemed particularly interesting to me. But without treating violence as entertainment, rather trying to explore what could be its source. Rage is necessarily a reaction to something, it does not exist alone. With Logan, was it linked to fear? To mourn? Violence is intrinsic to the character. It is part of what defines him. He’s someone who kills people, and that’s almost as basic as the Punisher. But the goal wasn’t to just make a game about a superhero or a killer or a soldier. I wanted…………
