A new trophy as a bet on the future. On May 14, the Build Your Dream Award, co-created by BYD and Mediawan, will be awarded in Cannes, at La Terrasse by Albane. A prize to reward the author of a first feature film released in French theaters in the last twelve months and not passed through the Cannes box, to avoid any duplication with the Caméra d’Or

The winner will receive the trophy, designed by designer Victoria Wilmotte, and a prize of 40,000 euros. And Première is pleased to be associated with this new prize, celebrating the emergence of new voices in the world’s seventh art.
