L’Attachement returns to theaters after its César victory
Winner of the Best Film trophy last Thursday, Carine Tardieu’s drama will return to theaters this week.
The 2026 César for Best Film is once again visible in cinemas!
One year after its release (in February 2025), Attachment will once again be distributed in cinemas, almost everywhere in France.
According to information from French filmCarine Tardieu’s drama, crowned best film and awarded three times (also best supporting actress for Vimala Pons, and best adaptation for Carine Tardieu, Raphaële Moussafir and Agnès Feuvre), will benefit from a new boost on the big screen.
Already, 60 copies were distributed last week during the ceremony by Diaphana Distribution. From this Wednesday March 4, Attachment will be projected on around a hundred screens throughout the country.
The film attracted 780,000 spectators during its first appearance in theaters. We’ll see how far it goes Attachment with this output.
Note that the same logic applies to Arco by Ugo Bienvenu. Crowned Best Animated Film (and also Best Music), the animated feature film, also distributed by Diaphana Distribution, will be present in 45 theaters from Wednesday. Since its release in October 2025, it has accumulated more than 480,000 entries.
