New day in the emergency room: trailer for season 2 of The Pitt

“The return of the prodigal son!” Noah Wyle stimulates the blouse and puts the gloves back to save lives.

This is undoubtedly one of the best series of the year 2025. And already, we discover the trailer of season 2!

HBO Max unveiled the first images of season 2 of The Pitt, which will be broadcast in January. There is Noah Wyle in the skin of Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch, alongside Patrick Ball (Dr Frank Langdon) and the rest of the medical team of Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.

The trailer opens on the return of Robby, welcomed by a nurse who teases him with a “the prodigal son is back”, while Dana (played by Katherine Lanasa) observes her ironic-despite the announcement of her departure at the end of season 1, she obviously remained (phew)!

The action of this new season will take place on July 4, a symbolic day which also marks the return of Langdon after a detoxification cure imposed by Robby, his superior, because of his drug problems revealed in the first season.
