Oasis: Don’t look back in anger already has a date on Disney+

The major documentary film dedicated to the reunion of the Gallagher brothers will be released next month on the platform in France.

After its theatrical release in France on September 9 – for event screenings – Oasis: Don’t look back in anger is already arriving on Disney Plus: it will be on October 9.

Since it was a limited release in cinemas, the usual media chronology does not apply and therefore the streaming platform can already broadcast the documentary film directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace.

Presented in preview at the Venice Film Festival, this version will be accompanied by new images revealed exclusively for Disney+ subscribers including new images of the interview with Liam and Noel Gallagher as well as performances of iconic songs from the group in their entirety including Wonderwall, Slide Away, From You Know What I Mean?, Half The World Away.

Written and produced by Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, Don’t Look Back In Anger chronicles the reunion of Liam and Noel Gallagher, as well as the triumphant sold-out tour that followed. The documentary promises an intimate look at what is billed as the biggest musical event of 2025, capturing the emotions of both the band and its fans around the world.
