Season 2 of Stranger Things: Chronicles of 1985 is coming very soon!
Netflix announces the continuation of the animated series in Hawkins and already reveals a first teaser…
Surprise. It’s not over.
Just five days after going online on April 23, Stranger Things: Chronicles of 1985 has already been renewed for a season 2 by Netflix.
And the platform is wasting no time: a first teaser has already been revealed, immediately confirming an arrival… this fall!
Such a rapid return leaves little room for doubt: the episodes are probably already in the can, and all this was undoubtedly part of the plan from the start.
On the plot side, showrunner Eric Robles announces a new paranormal threat, linked to old abandoned silver mines in Hawkins. The teaser evokes something “haunted”, with an atmosphere clearly designed for Halloween.
Another intriguing lead: a mysterious blue flower, last seen in the Upside Down, could play a key role in this sequel.
Finally, note that Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer remain executive producers of this animated series, which takes place chronologically between seasons 2 and 3 of the original Stranger Things series.
In short, Hawkins has not finished haunting us…
