More than a year after the triumphant exit of Count of Monte-Cristo In the cinema, Pierre Niney immortalized Edmond Dantès on his skin. The actor had indeed bet with the team: if the film passed the 5 million admissions, he would be tattooed. As a result, nearly 13 million spectators around the world followed the adventures of Edmond Dantès, and the actor went to the act.

On Instagram, Niney unveiled the photo of her visit to the tattoo artist. On its right flank now is Edmond Dantès, pulling a boat, with the island of Monte-Cristo on the horizon. He specifies what to see:

The actor also explains that, if he waited for a whole year before taking action, it is because he has long hesitated on the visual: “I called my oldest primary school friend. He made this drawing. And it was obvious.”
