Ryan Gosling’s next film will be with the directors of Everything Everywhere All at Once
A mystery feature film which will be released in 2027, just after Star Wars: Starfighter.
So it’s a hit at the moment in Last Chance Project in the cinema, Ryan Gosling continues to chart his path between blockbusters and art-house projects.
His next role? The actor will headline the upcoming film by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, aka the Danielsthe directors behind Everything Everywhere All at Once.
What will the film be about? For the moment, the mystery remains total: no details on the plot have filtered out. We only know that filming should begin this summer in Los Angeles. Universal studio will be in charge.
The film – still untitled – even already has a release date planned for November 19, 2027 in North America (initially it was set for June 12, 2027).
With this project, Ryan Gosling ensures an XXL year 2027, since he will also be on the bill for Star Wars: Starfighterdirected by Shawn Levy, a spin-off set in the famous galaxy far, far away.
Before becoming essential, Daniels were noticed with Swiss Army Man in 2016, an absurd comedy carried by Paul Dano and Daniel Radcliffe.
But it is especially with Everything Everywhere All at Once in 2022 that they have changed dimension. Directed by Michelle Yeoh, the film follows a laundromat manager who is drawn into a totally uncontrollable multiversal delirium against her will. Result: more than 130 million dollars at the box office… and above all 7 Oscars, including best film.
