A huge science fiction blockbuster produced by JJ Abrams, which should mix genres and make its Jurassic Park modern times. The end of Oak Street promises: “When a mysterious cosmic event tears Oak Street from its peaceful suburbs and transports it to an unknown place, the Platt family, disoriented in this new hostile environment, quickly understands that they will have to stay united to survive.“

The trailer which has just been posted online already shows Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor being chased by dinos. A T-Rex is roaring in the neighborhood and no one understands what is happening…

The end of Oak Street also features Maisy Stella and Christian Convery in the cast.

The film is written and directed by David Robert Mitchell (to whom we owe It Follows).

Filmed for IMAX, The End of Oak Street will be released on August 12, 2026 in cinemas in France.
