After The Invite, Olivia Wilde reunites Jennifer Aniston and Peter Dinklage in a Christmas comedy

For her new feature film, the American director will try the crazy Christmas comedy.

Building on the great success of The Invitereleased in theaters in recent weeks, Olivia Wilde is already following up with a new project. The director will direct Jennifer Aniston and Peter Dinklage in Naughtya crazy Christmas comedy described as a My best friends…at the North Pole.

While The Invite grossed $31 million at the worldwide box office – a very nice score for an A24 comedy – Olivia Wilde will return behind the camera for this new comedy produced by Universal.

The film stars Jennifer Aniston as Mallory, a single mother engaged in a custody battle over her son. His last hope? Find Santa Claus in person so that he agrees to testify during her divorce hearing against her manipulative ex-husband. Opposite her, Peter Dinklage will play… the king of Christmas himself: Santa Claus.

The screenplay is by Jimmy Warden, already author of Cocaine Bear And Borderlinefrom an original script produced by LuckyChap Entertainment, Margot Robbie’s company.

Naughty will be released in theaters on November 5, 2027 in the United States. No French date has yet been announced.
