Big Bang Theory star signs on for new HBO drama
In How to Survive without Me, Kaley Cuoco will star opposite Joshua Jackson and Ray Romano in a family series imagined by Greg Berlanti.

The Big Bang Theory star joins How to Survive without Me, new drama ordered by HBO Max. She will notably share the bill with Joshua Jackson, ex-star of Dawson, Fringe and The Affair.
Written by Greg Berlanti and Bash Doran, based on a story imagined with Robbie Rogers, the series will follow the De Angelis family after the death of Beverly, its matriarch. “The De Angelis begin to drift apart, no longer knowing how to manage their complex and ever-changing lives without her guidance. But true to form, Beverly has found a way to continue running operations from beyond. To experience her ultimate work, the family will have to find the time and effort to stick together and support each other through whatever challenges life throws at them.”
Ray Romano will play the family patriarch, while Rita Wilson will play Beverly, the late mother.
The series will have 15 episodes.
