En Famille on M6: is it over?

After fifteen years of following Le Kervelec, the series could well have bowed out. The cast no longer believes it.

Did the Le Kervelec family say goodbye without telling us?

It’s becoming more and more likely. Interviewed by Télé 7 Jours a few days ago, actress Charlie Bruneau, who plays Roxane Le Kervelec, does not hide her concern about the future of En Famille.

“I have no information to give you, because we are not given any… We think, unfortunately, that this is the end. Too bad.”

For the moment, M6 has not actually ordered any new episodes. No filming is planned, Télé Loisirs warned this summer. However, the channel has not officially announced the end of the series, which therefore remains in a strange in-between.

Already in mid-July, Jeanne Savary, who plays Marjorie Le Kervelec, had suggested in Télé 7 Jours that the future was far from assured:

“For the moment, we’re waiting for a definitive answer. It’s unclear for us too. Unfortunately, I have the impression that it doesn’t smell very good.”

A few months later, it is clear that nothing has really changed. And even the hypothesis of a special episode or a bonus to offer a real conclusion to the family does not seem to be on the agenda. “It represents fifteen years of our lives. It’s very difficult to imagine that this troop will disappear, but I think it will exist in another way…”

The latest episodes, those of season 14, were broadcast between July 5, 2025 and August 21, 2026. They attracted 1.52 million viewers on average, or 10.4% audience share.
