Except that since then, Chris Pratt has not been seen again in the Marvel Universe, and he has not been announced, for the moment, in the casting ofAvengers: Doomsday.
But the American actor has just confirmed that his iconic character will return in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The studio has already started concrete work on this return.
Podcast guest Bingeworthyof The Playlistthe actor spoke about his discussions with Kevin Feige, the boss of Marvel Studios, and Louis D’Esposito, its president:
“I have a great relationship with Kevin and Lou. We regularly discuss how we are going to deliver on this promise, and concrete steps have also been taken to ensure that we are going to deliver on it.”
Chris Pratt was equally affirmative:
“You’ll see Star-Lord again, which is very exciting. But I’m not allowed to say when. In any case, it is not going to disappear!“
