George Clooney reveals he will star in the film Ten Percent
In promotion for the film Jay Kelly, the actor shared this scoop with Le Parisien.
They already starred together in a Nespresso commercial. George Clooney and Camille Cottin will soon reunite in the film Ten percentcurrently in filming and which will benefit from a worldwide release on Netflix in 2026. The American star revealed this this weekend to the correspondent of the Parisian during the premiere of Jay Kellythe new film by Noah Baumbach, in Los Angeles:
“Since you are French, I will tell you that I am leaving for Paris where I will be next week to participate in the filming of the film Ten percent. I didn’t hesitate for a second.“
The presence of George Clooney in the film Ten percent confirms the resonance of the series on the other side of the Atlantic, where it is broadcast on Netflix under the title Call My Agent. He will be the second American star to make an appearance there, after Sigourney Weaver in season 4.
Guests playing their own role is a tradition in Ten percent. Since the creation of the series in 2015, we have been able to meet Gilles Lellouche, Virginie Efira, Isabelle Adjani, Juliette Binoche, Jean Dujardin, Monica Bellucci, Joey Starr and even Sandrine Kiberlain.
Who will be the other guests in the film? Deadline revealed last month the presence of Laetitia Casta and Vincent Macaigne.
Camille Cottin will take over the role of Andréa Martel, and the entire original cast will be there: Laure Calamy, Thibault de Montalembert, Grégory Montel, Nicolas Maury, Fanny Sidney, Liliane Rovère, Ophélia Kolb and Anne Marivin.
Directed by Émilie Noblet, on a screenplay by the creator, Fanny Herrero, the feature film will take up the story five years after the closure of the ASK agency. Having become an aspiring filmmaker, Andréa sees her dream collapse when she loses her main actor a few days before filming. Only one solution: reform the old team to form a cast, even if it means rekindling old friendships and rivalries.
