According to The Hollywood Reporterthe Tesla boss reportedly declared in a press release:

The redeemer of Twitterbecame Xinvokes the central principle of its media: freedom of expression.
Real commercial strategy, or pure socio-political commitment?
Elon Musk demonstrates its dedication by offering significant support in this battle which is not ready to end.
Deadline mentioned the details of the complaint, it supports its argument by an obstacle to freedom of expression as well as an incentive to comply with certain socio-political commitments, in particular regarding “Black Lives Matter” and pronoun changes (she/he his/her). She claims to have been fired because of her ideas deemed too republican.
In addition to this, the complaint alleges unfair treatment between the complainant and her male colleagues, superstars of the program: Pedro Pascal And Mark Hamill.
“In addition to firing her, the defendants refused to hire her for previously promised roles, including the new series Rangers of the New Republicand the future feature films of Star Wars (which were recently announced) — all because of his political beliefs and the disparate treatment of his male colleagues” the complaint states.
Pedro Pascal And Mark Hamill have already asserted their political position regarding Donald Trump and his methods. Mark Hamill notably mentioned, on several occasions, the similarities between Donald Trump and Adolf Hitler, for his methods of “Nazi”. Gina Carano’s complaint emphasizes that “the public positions taken by the actors have not been commented on, and even less condemned”

That’s who he was.”said the actress.
