Grey’s Anatomy Announces New LGBT Character
While many departures are expected in Seattle at the start of the school year, here is finally an arrival.
We know there’s going to be a lot of movement in season 21 of Grey’s Anatomy. There are quite a few departures, but also arrivals. The hospital will thus welcome a new chaplain, reports TVLine.
This new religious character will be a superhero fan, but will also be openly gay. He is expected to appear throughout season 21.
It should be remembered that Grey’s Anatomy will let these two LGBT doctors go in the fall: Jake Borelliaka Levi, and Midori Francisaka Mika, will be saying goodbye to their characters at the beginning of season 21 and leaving the medical series. The arrival of the new character will therefore ensure continuity in the historical LGBTQ+ representation of Grey’s Anatomy.
Season 21 of Grey’s Anatomy will begin on September 26 in the USA on ABC. The series can be seen in France on TF1.
