Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton) has lost none of his distribution. Landman season 2 looks as powerful and cynical as the first. Paramount+ has just unveiled the new trailer, and it starts strong: an exploding derrick, Cooper and his guys in danger, and tensions ready to implode from all sides. Above all, we see that Demi Moore – Jon Hamm woman trophy in season 1 – will take a central place in season 2. As owner of the Mtex oil company, after the death of Monty, she will be the owner and will have to win to make her place in this masculine environment. Of course, she will be able to count on the loyal Tommy … but how far will their relationship go?

Among the big news, Sam Elliott makes a remarkable entry into Tommy’s father, the sideline a disillusioned paternal figure that swings without filter: “Look at me well. I wasted 60 years old.” Suffice to say that we are far from Texan optimism.
