Mel Gibson will shoot this summer the continuation of the passion of Christ

The director will put his cameras to the Roman studios of Cinecittà.

The shots will start this summer and will mainly take place in studio 22, a new Cinecittà decor which extend on several hectares. Jim Caviezel should resume the role of Jesus in the following, just like Maia Morgenstern (Marie) and Francesco de Vito (the apostle Peter).
