One Piece season 2 reveals its first epic trailer!

And by the way, Netflix announces that it has already ordered season 3.

The trip continues for Luffy and the crew of the straw hat.

Netflix unveiled the first trailer for season 2 of One Piece, live adaptation of the manga and the cult anime (see below).

We learn in passing that she will have an official title: One Piece: On the way to Grand Line

The announcement fell during the One Piece Day in Tokyo, and the streamer specifies: “A new era is announced. The road of all dangers is not for sensitive souls!”

According to Netflix, this season 2 promises “more formidable adversaries and the most perilous quests to date. Luffy and his companions head for the legendary Grand Line, a legendary sea where danger and wonders rub shoulders at each detour. Their journey will lead them through strange islands and in front of new formidable enemies, while they are pursuing their quest for the biggest treasure in the world.”

And as a bonus, the American giant reveals having already ordered season 3 – for which Ian Stokes will join Joe Tracz as Co -showrunner. The shooting of this new salvo will start later this year in CAP, in South Africa. Certainly to allow Netflix to continue the broadcast more quickly.

Because season 2 of One Piece will only release 2026 (no date yet) three years after the first … At this rate, Iñaki Godoy will be 50 when he ends the adventures of the Luffy.

The rest of the casting will see Mackenyu (Roronoa Zoro), Emily Rudd (Nami), Jacob Romero (USOPP) and Taz Skylar (Sanji), alongside Vincent Reve, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Morgan Davies, Aidan Scott, Jeff Ward, Celeste, Maniatis, McKinley Belcher III, Craig Fairbrass, Steven Ward and Chioma Umeala. Among the new recruits: David Dastmalchian (Mr. 3), Katey Sagal (Dr. Kureha), Sendhil Ramamurthy (Nefertari Cobra) and Joe Manganiello (Mr. 0).
